This is a prevailing wage project. OWNER has ascertained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in which this work is to be performed for each craft or type of worker needed to execute this contract. These rates are on file at OWNERS office, and a copy may be obtained upon request, or at electronically. Contractor shall post a copy of these rates at the job site. ALL PROJECTS OVER $1,000 ARE SUBJECT TO PREVAILING WAGEMONITORING AND ENFOREMENT BY THE LABOR COMMISSIONER. No SUBCONTACTOR shall be qualified to bid on, be listed in a bid proposal, subject to the requirements of & sect; 4104 of the Public Contract Code for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless currently registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and qualified to perform public work Pursuant to Labor Code 1725.5. All subcontractors must furnish electronic certified payroll records (eCPR) to the Labor Commissioner [specify weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly] PDF format. Registration at electronically is required to use the eCPR system. The following notice is given as required by Labor Code Section 1771.5 (b)(1): All Subcontractors are required to review and comply with the provisions of the California Labor Code, Part 7, Chapter 1, beginning with Section 1720, as more fully discussed in the Contract Documents.
