Saving Project...

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hood River, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work done under this contract consists of re-roofing the digester building roof, new digester roof level appurtenances, and installation of Owner provided stairs for the south digester. The Work will be completed in all respects on or before September 15, 2023 Work associated with the UV treatment system, primary clarifier, and biosolids storage are anticipated to be under construction concurrently with this Project. The Site of the Work is the Hood River Wastewater Treatment Plant, located at 818 Riverside Drive, Hood River, Oregon 97031 (Site). The Site is an active working wastewater treatment plant and full-time operation of the Site by the Owner's staff is a requirement of this Work. Temporary arrangements have been specified so that the Contractor may conduct most of their work uninterrupted. However, access for schedule, routine, and emergency operations and maintenance is required at all times Estimated construction cost for the work is $300,000. The deadline for questions is Friday, November 4, at 5:00 p.m. Questions asked after this time may not be answered.
