The scope of work will include but not limited to eight (8) total DSA Approved 30 x40 Fabric Shade Structure (OFCI) Projects: installation of four (4) steel posts into asphalt, concrete or grass areas, installation of the fabric shade, possible path of travel and ADA accessibility upgrades requested by DSA at Powell, Hamilton, Hughes, Lindbergh, Lindsey, Muir, Robinson and Stephens schools. No contractor or subcontractor shall be listed in a bid for a public work project unless registered with the DIR pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bid. The project shall be funded in whole or part by federal funding from a component of iteration of the Elementary and Secondary School Emergency Relief ( ESSER ) program, and Contractor shall comply with any and all federal statutory and regulatory provisions related to the use of ESSER funds. Provide construction services for the installation of (8) total DSA Approved 30'x40' Fabric Shade Structure Projects located at Powell, Hamilton, Hughes, Lindbergh, Lindsey, Muir, Robinson and Stephens. The scope of work will include but no limited to the installation of (4) steel posts into asphalt or concrete areas, installation of the fabric shade, possible path of travel and ADA accessibility upgrades as requested by DSA. Each site is site specific and may require additional demo, added concrete pads, drinking fountains, etc. Note: The DSA PC Approved 30'x40' Shade Structure will be OFCI. The vendor will deliver to the sites and contractor will off-load and place in designated laydown area. All questions are to be submitted through Planet Bids only on or before 12:00 PM on November 17, 2022. Any RFI submitted in any other format or in any other method shall go unanswered.
