The City is looking for a vender to perform route reviews on trash, recycling and organic waste containers belonging to the Citys waste hauler in compliance with the CalRecycle SB 1383 regulations. The selected vender will perform route reviews via lid flipping-lifting the lids on waste containers to check for contamination inside the container. Details about the route review process are provided in the RFP: SB 1383 Route Review RFP (PDF) All requests, questions or other communications regarding this RFP shall be made in writing to the City via email only. Questions submitted after the due date or via phone will not be accepted. All substantive questions and answers will be published via an addendum and distributed to interested parties. Companies interested in submitting a proposal for this project should respond to this RFP with a written proposal providing all the information requested. The proposal will be considered complete only if all of the items listed under the Proposal Requirements are included.
