Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Loogootee, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Near the SE corner, SW 1/4, Section 19, T5N, R5E, 3rd P.M., approx. 3.5mi NW of Iola 458.81ft (0.087mi) Removal of a single span bridge; construction of a single barrel precast reinforced concrete box culvert with castin-place reinforced concrete wingwalls; reconstruction of the approach roadways; and all miscellaneous work to complete the project. Bridge on Buck Lane Bridge (TR 67) over Tributary to Crooked Creek in Larkinsburg Road District. Proposals shall be submitted on forms furnished by the County which may be obtained at the ofice of the Clay County Engineer and shall be returned and enclosed in a sealed envelope endorsed Proposal - Buck Lane Bridge (TR 67) over Tributary to Crooked Creek in Larkinsburg Road District. The right is reserved to reject all proposals and to waive technicalities. Proposal guaranty in the form of a Proposal Bid Bond will be required. Contract bonds will also be required. Failure on the part of contractors to deliver the materials within the time speciied or do the work as speciied in the proposal will be considered just cause to forfeit contractor's surety, as provided in Article 108.10 of the Standard Speciications.
