Site work for a water / sewer project in Schwenksville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Estimated cost range is between $40,000 - $55,000 Contract No. 22-3 is for installing approximately 855 linear feet of six feet (6') high chain link fence and foundation posts along the Berm and surrounding the Schwenksville Borough Authority Wastewater Treatment Plant. Installation shall include two (2) 20' gates and two (2) 4' man gates into the WWTP, removal of approximately 205 linear feet of existing fencing, foundation posts and coordination to remove approximately 702 linear feet of temporary fencing on site. Schwenksville Borough Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to make award to such bidder who, in the judgment of the Schwenksville Borough Authority makes the most advantageous bid. Bids are invited from qualified bidders. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check drawn to the order of the Schwenksville Borough Authority, or a Bid Bond in favor of the Schwenksville Borough Authority in the amount of 10% of the bid price.
