The contractor shall provide: 1. Name Brand or Equivalent WEG W22 Model# 00518ET3ECT184TF1-W2 2. 5 HP 3. 184T frame 4. 1755 RPM 5. 460 volt 6. TEFC 7. VFD 8. Inverter/severe duty Payment is due 30 days after receipt of a proper invoice by the agency or 30 days after the receipt of the goods and/or services, whichever is later. Invoices shall include a description of the goods and/or services provided.
