The work is generally described as: Furnish and deliver water pipe to be used in the installation, repair, or replacement of the Authority's domestic water distribution system. Pipe will be purchased on an as needed basis per project. Technical inquiries regarding this bid should be directed to Trent Cox by email at Trent.Cox@westernvawater.org. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to check the Authority's website for any addenda that may be issued prior to the Bid Opening. Bidder must acknowledge all issued addenda on Bid Form. Failure to do so shall be grounds for rejection of the bid. If the total contract amount exceeds $100,000.00, the Authority reserves the right to require successful bidder to furnish a payment bond and/or a performance bond, satisfactory to the WVWA, in the amount of the total contract price. The Authority reserves the right to request from the bidder a separate manufacturer's certification of all statements made in the proposal. The Authority may request any or all bidders to furnish proof of experience, ability and financial standing.
