Site work and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Seattle, Washington. Design plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of August 13, 2024, a design firm has been selected. The purpose of this contract is to provide engineering and related services to King County Department of Natural Resources and Parks, Parks and Recreation Division (County) to evaluate solar lighting system products to provide solar lighting for approximately five (5) picnic shelters and approximately sixty (60) off-grid solar area lights for pathways. Along with evaluation of solar lighting products, the project includes preliminary design, final design, permitting, and engineering services during construction.
