Provide selected major mechanical equipment for the project at this building. During the proposal process before bids are submitted, all questions regarding this proposal should be directed to Will Pokorny (williamp@mckinstry.com) and Pierce Paynter (PierceP@mckinstry.com). No communication shall be made with King County Metro or the project design team personnel unless in case of an emergency. If you decide not to furnish a proposal for this project for any reason, please notify McKinstry Essention by e-mail. McKinstry Essention will award purchase orders to the winning bidders on the project. Award will be based on completeness of bid, ability to meet the construction schedule and assessment of best value to the owner.
