For Hiawatha Playfield Synthetic Turf Replacement Ordinance # 126000, 126237, 125207, and 125475 FUNDING SOURCE: REET II/30020, SPDF/19710 A/E ESTIMATE: $1, 252, 339.50 QUESTIONS: Deadline for Contractor questions regarding this Parks and Recreation project shall be submitted by close of business on Wednesday, January 11th, 2023 to the Parks and Recreation project manager via michelle.whitfield@seattle.gov. This project will remove and replace an approximately 119,280 s.f. synthetic turf playfield to 2022 standards. The project will also re-coat and re-mark the running track, replace clay pitching mounds, and provide and install equipment including a batting cage. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE: 1/11/2023 4:30 PM For purposes of the Inclusion Plan, this is considered a Synthetic Turf type of project with a Past Performance of 2 % WMBE utilization rates based on completed projects.
