Continuing SCADA maintenance and support is required for a wide array of Sound Transit systems including but not limited to; Train Control Systems (TCS), Traction Power Substation (TPSS) control and monitoring, Emergency Ventilation Systems (EVS) and Building Management Systems (BMS). Contract deliverables include but are not limited to: 24x7x365 Issue Reporting On-call Engineering Hours Hardware Support Server Support Software Support Quarterly Application Security Patching Processing Work Orders Semi-Annual Software Releases Quarterly Health Checks The estimated value of this five-year contract is $975,000.
