Demolition and site work for a residential development in Maryville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

This bid shall include the removal of all structures, foundations, and surface concrete located at 807 Short Street in Maryville, Tennessee and removal of the concrete bridge located at the edge of the property. Foundation walls of dwelling should be taken down to 1 foot below existing elevation and filled and compacted with appropriate material such as clay. Bridge abutments may remain, but the pier in the center of the bridge shall be removed along with the handrail. Finish grade of the property after demolition shall maintain existing drainage pattern of property. Any materials inside the house will be considered a part of the demolition. All materials must be removed to an approved landfill. Care must be taken to keep demolition materials out of the adjoining creek. Removal of structures must be completed within 60 days of notice to proceed. The Contractor shall assume full responsibility for damage to City property caused by the Contractor's employees or equipment as determined by designated City personnel.The Contractor shall be solely responsible for the safety of the Contractor's employees and others relative to the Contractor's work, work procedures, material, equipment, transportation, signage and related activities and equipment.The Contractor shall possess and keep in force all licenses required to perform the services of this Agreement.Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits and pay all fees pertaining thereto as required to commencing work. Contractor must specify on the permit application the exact location to be used for dumping the remains of the demolition. The demolition of the above-described property shall be completed within 60 days of commencement of work as approved by City of Maryville inspectors. At day 61, the penalty for any delay will be $100.00 per day for every day thereafter that the project is not completed
