Site work and paving for a road / highway in Juneau, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
**As of February 27, 2023, the project was not yet awarded and has two bidders, Admiralty Construction Inc. for $2,21,316.00 and North 40 Construction Corp. at $2,019,958.00 as the the lowest bidder. The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generally includes reconstruction of Teal Street from Jordan Avenue to Crest Street. WORK will include replacement of the water main and services, replacement of 18-inch AC sanitary sewer main and services, and installation of a new storm drain system. WORK will also include replacement of the roadway subbase to a depth of 24 inches, resurfacing with asphalt cement pavement, and the addition of curb and gutter with sidewalk along both sides of the roadway, and street lights along one side. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE RANGE: Between $1,800,000 and $2,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
