Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ina, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of December 22, 2022, this project has been awarded to Utopian Power LLC in partnership with W.J. Burke Electric Co., in the amount of $113,360.00. Rend Lake College, Community College District No. 521, ("College") is accepting bids for its AGRONOMY INNOVATION CENTER SOLAR PV SYSTEM PROJECT, which procurement and installation is to be provided by the successful Bidder (if any is selected by the College's Board of Trustees) in accordance with the terms, provisions, licensures and approvals set forth in (and/or contemplated by) this Bid Package. The Project shall be fully completed no later than May 15, 2023 (unless sooner terminated pursuant to the Contract). Services and deliverables shall be provided to the College pursuant to a schedule determined by College. Agronomy Innovation Center Solar PV System Projec Awarded Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820ILCS130/1-12), This project requires a Project Labor Agreement pursuant to Rend Lake College Board of Trustee's policy, Awarded Contractor shall coordinate with the Egyptian Building and Construction Trades Council and provide Rend Lake College with a signed Project Labor agreement between Contractor and Egyptian Building and Construction Trades Council prior to the commencement of work, Final Questions Due: Friday, November 25,2022; 5:00 pm CST
