SEALED BIDS Pursuant to 70 ILCS 705/1 Ik the Jefferson Fire Protection Dis trict is soliciting sealed competitive bids for the application of Rubberized Roof Coating on the Ina Fire Station locat ed at: Jefferson Fire Protection District Station #2 301 West 3rd Street Ina, Illinois 62846 Written requirements are available by contacting Chief Conan King at 618244 3824 or by email at jfpd@jfpd.org It is the bidders responsibility to assure and verify the actual receipt of its bid by the District by the sub mission deadline. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids after evalua tion of bids for either budgetary reasons, a change in the procurement plans of the District, or the failure of any or all bids to be nonresponsive or not responsible as deter mined by the Board of Trustees. All bids must comply with and meet Prevailing Wage Act requirements and Public Construction Bond Act requirements.
