Proposals shall be submitted in the following format provided and shall be clearly marked on the exterior of the envelope. Proposal forms and contract documents, including plans and specifications, are on file at the office of the Rend Lake College Physical Plant Department and at the office of Eggemeyer Associates Architects, Inc., 3029 South Park Avenue, Herrin Illinois 62948; Phone No.:(618)988-2380; Website. Partial sets may be purchased at the cost of photocopying and shipping cost upon completion of a request for partial plans/specifications form and submitting to the Architect. Documents may also be downloaded from the Architect's website for bidding purposes only. Successful bidders shall be required to comply with all applicable laws, statutes, regulations, ordinances, rulings, or enactments of any governmental authority having jurisdiction. Prevailing wage rates shall apply to work performed in this contract. All workers who perform work at the site will be required to be paid not less than the rates listed by the applicable wage determination. The Rend Lake College reserves the right to waive all informalities in the bidding. The contract award will be made to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest acceptable bid responsive to the bid conditions. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of Rend Lake College.
