**As of December 22, 2022, this project has been awarded to Utopian Power LLC in partnership with W.J. Burke Electric Co., in the amount of $113,360.00. Rend Lake College, Community College District No. 521, ("College") is accepting bids for its AGRONOMY INNOVATION CENTER SOLAR PV SYSTEM PROJECT, which procurement and installation is to be provided by the successful Bidder (if any is selected by the College's Board of Trustees) in accordance with the terms, provisions, licensures and approvals set forth in (and/or contemplated by) this Bid Package. The Project shall be fully completed no later than May 15, 2023 (unless sooner terminated pursuant to the Contract). Services and deliverables shall be provided to the College pursuant to a schedule determined by College.
