Submissions must be made for a period of 17 months, from August 1, 2023 to December 31, 2024. Tenders must be presented on the forms for this purpose and accompanied by a certified check representing 15% of the total amount of the tender (GST and QST not included) and made out to the order of the Municipality or a valid tender bond for 90 days representing 15% of the total amount of the bid (GST and QST not included), accompanied by a letter of commitment from a recognized insurance company guaranteeing the issuance of a bond equaling 100% of the total amount of the quote (GST and QST not included) for the benefit of the owner.
