Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The West Buffalo Township Municipal Authority is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the Meadow Green Wastewater Pumping Station. Project specifications, requirements and provisions are included in Project Contract Document Package which can be obtained at: rhre@engineer.com. Bidders may direct inquiries to Raymond H. Robbins. Project Engineer at email rhre@engineer.com. Cutoff Date for Questions is 6:00 p.m. on November 17, 2022. Contractor for Contract No. 23-03 and each of his/her subcontractors shall be required to pay the Prevailing Wage rates as determined by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and are included in the Project Package. The Authority reserves the right to accept or to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality or irregularities in the bidding process. No proposals will be accepted that are incomplete, written in pencil, altered, illegible or contains unrequested alternates. Bidders must complete all bid line items. All Bids shall be F.O.B. Destination and shall include all costs.
