Custom BT PRIME GENERAL BIDDERS - Yoder Builders, Inc - $ 131,502 PRIME PLUMBING BIDDERS - Silvertip Inc - $ 52,300 HVAC BIDDERS - Silvertip Inc - S 54,300 PRIME ELECTRICAL BIDDERS - KC Larson Inc - $30,315 Borough Equipment Center - $95,000 Fire Station - $150,000 ---------------------------------------------------- TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT VALUE: $245,000.00 Construction which includes but is not limited to Demolition; Minor Concrete masonry block construction; Wood stud framing; Carpentry; Batt insulation; Exterior metal siding; Hollow metal and wood doors, door frames and door hardware; Clad wood windows; Gypsum board and taping; Suspended ceil ing grid and acoustical ceiling tile; Flooring and carpet finishes; Fiberglass wall panels; Painting; Signage; Fire extinguishers and cabinets; Toilet room accessories; Metal wardrobe lockers; Plumbing work; HVAC work; and Electrical work. This project is a Prevailing Wage project under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates, Act 422 of 1961, P.L 987, amended, administered b the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The successful prime contractors will be required to comply with all requirements of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates Act. The successful prime contractors shall comply with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, Act 222 of October 27, 1955 (P.L. 744) (43 PS Section 951, et. seq.) of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania prohibiting discrimination because of race, color, religious creed, ancestry, age, sex, national origin, handicap or disability, by employers, employment agencies, labor organizations, contractors and others. Prime Contractors for the construction of the project will consist of the following: General Construction. Plumbing Construction. Mechanical Construction. Electrical Construction, I he successful Bidder shall also furnish to the Owner a Maintenance Bond covering defects of material and workmanship for the calendar year following the Owner's approval and acceptance of the Construction Bonds must be furnished from a Bonding Company with an A- or better rating. Bids shall be awarded at the Borough of Mifflinburg Council meeting 16 November 2021 at their regularly scheduled meeting. Proposed Contract Documents may be examined at the office of the Architect, Anthony H. Visco, Jr., Architects, 441 Market Street, Williamspor, PA and the offices of the Owner, Borough of Mifflinburg. 120 North Third Street, Mifflinburg, PA. Bona fide Prime Contract bidders may secure one set of the Bid Documents as follows: 2. Bid Documents will not be released without payment. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in: Document 00 21 13 -1 instructions to Bidders. Submit your offer on the Bid Form provided in the Specifications Manual. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of Thirty (30) days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids that are not in the best interest of the Borough and to waive any' irregularities in the bids. Any bidder taking exception to any of the bid lines/items MUST justify said exception via written narrative and filed with the Architect for review and consideration jointly with the Owner. Any exceptions taken without written justification are subject to possible rejection by the Owner.
