Site work for a civil project in Mifflinburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

As of July 18, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Bids will be opened electronically and remotely at the noted time. The Contract work includes, but is not limited to the following work: Installation and replacement/realignment of storm water, sanitary sewer, and waterline facilities and corresponding roadway and site restoration. A Pre-Bid Conference to discuss the Contract will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Borough of Mifflinburg reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after opening. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before Monday, October 31th, 2023, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before Monday, November 14th , 2023. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of Contractors obligations under the Contract
