No Bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after opening.A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of ten [10] percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a Bid bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of the General Conditions. The Work will be substantially complete on or before August 4th, 2022 and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with the General Conditions on or before August 18th, 2022. Bids will be based on a unit prices.For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.Borough of Mifflinburg reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities.
