CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 4/18/2022 12:00 PM The Contract work includes, but is not limited to the following work: Installation and replacement/realignment of stormwater facilities, water line, sanitary sewer, curbing, sidewalk, and the reconstruction and repaving of Walnut Street between N. 5th Street and N. 6th Street in the Borough of Mifflinburg. Bids will be based on a unit prices. A Pre-Bid Conference to discuss the Contract will not be held. Borough of Mifflinburg reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bidding informalities. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within sixty (60) days after opening.
