Renovation of a municipal facility in Georgetown, Delaware. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The project scope of work includes the removal and replacement of low slope roof system and repair of standing seam metal roof system. It also includes, but is not limited to the removal and replacement of flashings, roof drains, scuppers, downspouts, curbs and expansion joints. Location- 23737 S Dupont Blvd Georgetown, DE 19947 Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein Question Deadline 01/16/2024 Bidders or Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to the Architect at least seven days prior to the date for receipt of Bids.
