Site work for a development in Soldotna, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a development.

This project has been awarded to H Construction in the amount of $132,000. The City of Soldotna hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the City for the Mitigation and Reduction of Hazardous Fuels on City Lands. The project consists of the following: Hazard fuel reduction on four (4) large city owned properties: West Redoubt, Centennial Park, Soldotna Airport, and Swiftwater Park. Work will include removal of beetle kill spruce trees, and other wildfire mitigation treatment types. Treatment type will depend on forest make up and location and will include the creation of defensible spaces, shaded fuel brakes, and hazardous fuel reduction.
