Q & A DEADLINE: OCTOBER 27, 2022 BY 5:00 PM. The Kenai Peninsula Borough hereby invites qualified firms to submit a firm price for acceptance by the Borough for ITB23-025 Central Peninsula Landfill (CPL) Brush Burning Project 2022. The project consists of the following: Provide all labor, materials and equipment to open burn approximately 3,200 tons of slash and land clearing debris located at the CPL. Burning is expected to take place 24 hours per day, 7 days per week until all is burned and pile(s) is/are extinguished. This contract is subject to the provision of State of Alaska, Title 36, Minimum Wage Rates. The subsequent contract will require certificates of insurance and may require performance and payment bonds.
