Renovation of a medical facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The scope of work generally shall consist but is not limited to the following: Provide and install roof top HVAC unit with three indoor heads for supplemental and emergency cooling of pharmacy area.Provide and install a new natural gas emergency generator that will provide backup power for the HVAC equipment and for two refrigerators in the pharmacy area. Provide new natural gas equipment and piping for the HVAC unit and Generator. All bidders must be licensed and shall comply with all requirements of the State of Tennessee Contractor's Licensing Act. The City of Chattanooga is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Contractor hereunder contracts and agrees to complete the whole ofther work contemplated in this Contract in Ninety (90) calendar days.
