Manufacturer is to design and manufacture to Central Lincoln specifications, three (3) 72.5 kV, 1200 amp, three pole, outdoor, SF6-puffer type, dead tank, power circuit breakers. Two (2) 72.5 kV, 2000 amp, outdoor, SF6-puffer type, dead tank, power circuit breakers. One, (1), 72.5 kV, 2000 amp, three pole, outdoor, dry air/vacuum, dead tank, power circuit breaker. In order for a bid to be accepted and considered for award of a contract, the submitted bids must comply with Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) regulating contract work for peoples utility districts. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279A.120. The District may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject for good cause any or all bids upon a finding of the District if it is in the public interest to do so.
