The scope of work includes maintenance dredging maximum of 16,650 cubic yards to the design depths specified in the attached Joint Permit Application. All attempts at improving the schedule will be made by the contractor; if the Port does not have approved permits in hand by 1600 January 5th, 2023 work on the project will shift to 01 November 2023 to 01 February, 2024.
