The proposed fire alarm system shall include an addressable fire alarm panel capable of monitoring 200+ addressable devices and monitor the proposed full area smoke and heat detectors and one manual pull station shall be installed in both, the main and modular building located at 510 G Avenue Douglas, Arizona 85607. Install an emergency voice evacuation panel adjacent to the fire alarm panel and be connected to the proposed speaker strobes installed in all classrooms, common areas and bathrooms. The panel shall have pre-recorded voice messages and the capability of voice messages via the integral microphone and have one integral system to protect both spaces and has the ability for future expansions where wiring be routed between both buildings. Dispose of existing fire alarm devices and panels according to city, county and state regulations.
