Question Submission Close Date 12/1/2022 12:00 PM EST Project Notes: - Substantial Date for Completion: January 27, 2023 - Final Date for Completion: February 10, 2023 Liquidated Damages: - $200 per day until Substantial Completion - $100 per day until Final Completion Bid bonds and performance bonds are required unless otherwise stated. Project Description and Information: This invitation is for abatement work for Alumni Coliseum as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the complete abatement including all items as indicated throughout the attached event specifications. Please complete and upload the two (2) Submittal Forms found under the "Buyer Attachments" section of this solicitation event. Upload them under the "Supplier Attachments" section. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university.
