DESCRIPTION: Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) is issuing this RFP for the purpose of procuring proposals for the provision of commissioning services for Keene Hall post renovation. BACKROUND: The service will be sixteen (16) stories of student housing and common spaces which encompass approximately 70,000 sf. OBJECTIVE: The University seeks proposals from qualified firms for commissioning services for Keene Hall post renovation to ensure the components are functioning properly. Please refer to the attached scope document for general information, evaluation of qualifications as well as the project details.
