Renovation of an educational facility in Richmond, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Question Submission Close Date 12/12/2022 2:00 PM EST This invitation is for the renovation of several spaces in the Whitlock Building as specified in the following bid at Eastern Kentucky University's Richmond, KY Campus. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary for the renovation of the lobby space as well as several rooms located on the 1st floor of the Whitlock Building. Details are attached under the "Buyer Attachments" section of this event, however, additional specifications and information may be provided at the pre bid meeting. Work will begin immediately following an official Award of Contract and Purchase Order from Eastern Kentucky University. A point of contact for EKU Project Management will be provided to the awarded vendor at time of award. Eastern Kentucky University reserves the right to award in part or in whole and to award multiple suppliers/contracts if in the best interest of the university. Bid bonds and performance bonds are required unless otherwise stated. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: ($500.00) for every day after the date for Substantial Completion until construction is in fact substantially complete. ($200.00) for every day after the date for Final Completion until construction is in fact finally complete.
