Site work for a water / sewer project in Layton, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes the installation of 2,380 secondary water meter enclosures (boxes), required piping and fittings, and site restoration on existing secondary water connections located in both front and back yards to provide for a fully functioning system. The City will purchase, furnish, and install secondary water meters separately. The bidder will also be required to submit proof of a 5% bid bond. Site Directions: Various locations throughout Layton City. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 1, 2026 Pre-Qualification: Yes Upon Layton City approval, contractors will be granted access. Bidders cannot access the online bidding facility until they are approved on the plan holder list by the City. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project experience. Bids will not be accepted from Bidders that do not attend the mandatory pre-bid conference and meet prequalification requirements. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
