Inquiries regarding this RFQ must be submitted by email to Todd Quinley, Purchasing Manager, (toddq@wiwmd.org), not later than three (3) business days prior to the quote due date. Addenda will be issued to all known bidders. Exceptions shall not be granted to requests made after the inquiry deadline. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in disqualification from the selection process. Vendors should be aware that selection committee members will be required to certify that they have not been contacted, in any manner, by any of the vendors, which could influence the selection process.
