Renovation of a mixed-use development in Springfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The replacement of an existing air handling unit serving the Upper School. New air handling unit is based on the existing unit (same capacities and performance). Replacement includes sheet metal work to disconnect and reconnect ductwork (including any adapters fittings), Disconnect and reconnection of Hot and Chilled Water piping and re-connection and configuration of existing DDC controller for new unit installation. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
