Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Laureldale, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The bid was not officially awarded as of yet but it appears it will be awarded to Ronnie Folk Paving for $30,420. Notice is hereby given that specifications and proposal forms in regard to the Path are available from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., weekdays at the Borough Office, 3406 Kutztown Road, Laureldale, PA 19605. The Path will be approximately 1000' long, 6' wide loop, with an additional approximately 100' long, 6' wide access path. The Path work is further detailed in the scope of work included in the bid documents. There are no bid or performance bonds required for this project at this time. All bids must be sealed and identified with the name and address of the bidder, and clearly marked as a bid for the Path work. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids in whole or in part and waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Borough.
