The work generally consists of furnishing all equipment, labor and materials for, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 90 lb/sy bituminous leveling course, double bituminous seal coat, full depth pavement replacement (excavation/milling, 6" No.2A stone subbase, 4-1/2" bituminous base course, 1-1/2" bituminous wearing course), waterborne pavement markings and incidental milling and sealing. The work locations are more specifically identified in the project manual/bid documents. Bids for this contract must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid. All bids shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price with a corporate surety approved by the owner. The project documents contain provisions regarding the applicability of PA Prevailing Wages. Liquid Fuels funds will be utilized for funding a portion of this project and all materials and work must conform to the most recent edition of PADOT Publication 408 unless otherwise specified. All bids shall be sealed and marked as identified in the project documents and addressed as specified. A. Mohrville Road (T-753) from the bridge off SR 0061 North to the Township Line. B.
