Tebbe, P.E. chris@tebbecivil.com The Date for Substantial Completion is 60 days after award of the contract Base Bid Repair of 4 sanitary sewer manholes, Installation of 4 new sanitary sewer manholes, 4 manhole/pipe point repairs; within the Village of Shawnee Hills. Work includes uncovering buried manholes and adjusting to grade, adjusting existing manholes to grade, adjusting casting alignments that are off center, point repairs at pipe/manhole connection points, and installing new sanitary manholes. Alternate Bid Point Repair at Westview Drive. This repair may not be needed based on other development projects in the area Award of the project shall be based on the total base bid cost of the project. Estimated date of completion will be 60 days from start date. Shawnee Hills has the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond shall accompany each bid as required by Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in an amount equal to the sum of the bid submitted by each contractor. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. In lieu of posting the bond, a bidder may use a cashiers check, certified check, or letter of credit for ten percent of the contractors bid as bid security.
