2024 Street Resurfacing Project Base Bid Pavement planning and overlay of 996' of roads located within the Village of Shawnee Hills. 2024 Street Resurfacing Project Base Bid - Pavement planning and overlay of 996' of roads located within the Village of Shawnee Hills. Alternate Bid - 10 CY ~ Full Depth Pavement Replacement (As Directed by Engineer) for roads located within the Village of Shawnee Hills, 3 EA ~ Manhole adjusted to grade, 3 EA ~ Catch Basin adjusted to grade and 3 EA ~ Valve Box adjusted to grade. Award of the project shall be based on the total base bid cost of the project. Estimated date of completion will be 60 days from start date. Contractor will be required to provide a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the start of paving. Shawnee Hills has the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond shall accompany each bid as required by Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code in an amount equal to the sum of the bid submitted by each contractor All questions must be submitted in writing to the engineer at chris@tebbecivil.com by 4:30 pm on August 27, 2024
