HDPE Fusing for Madison County Water Department *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project. If you are an interested contractor and wish to be listed as a bidder, please notify our editorial staff at addtobidlist@constructconnect.com. Procurement questions should be directed, in writing, to Jennie Weatherly at jweatherly@madisoncountyal.gov. The contractor shall furnish all necessary supervision, labor, tools, equipment, and materials to perform fusing of HDPE water main, including HDPE pipe; installation of the water main shall be performed by Madison County personnel. Contractor may also be asked to provide only HDPE pipe without fusing. Work and materials will be paid on a per unit basis, as detailed in the bid form for size and length of pipe to be provided/fused. The contract is an indefinite delivery and indefinite quantity contract. Madison County does not commit to any minimum amount of work being performed under the contract. The total contract value shall not exceed $100,000. The period of performance is two years. The contract will be terminated when the total contract value has been reached regardless of the period of performance.
