Site work and asbestos abatement for a playground / park / athletic field in Carol Stream, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for asbestos abatement for a playground / park / athletic field.
Glenbard Township School District 87 will receive sealed bids for mercury mitigation for the 2023 fieldhouse resurfacing at Glenbard North and Glenbard West High Schools. Qualified bids must include a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Base Bid, which shall be a bid bond, certified check, or bank draft. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors/subcontractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. Contractors interested in attending the pre-bid meeting and/or receive an electronic copy of the specifications shall contact Pekron Consulting at 219-473-0600 prior to the pre-bid walkthrough.
