Lowndes County Schools seeks to achieve the best value for the expenditures of public funds by offering experienced and qualified vendors the opportunity to submit bid proposals for exterior building cleaning services. Scope of Work: Exterior Cleaning (School building proper. Does not include athletic fields/facilities other than the gym). Roof System. To include roof surfaces, gutters and downspouts. All fascia and soffit whether metal, vinyl, or EIFS/Stucco. Entrance foyers (ceilings, walls, floors). All EIFS/Stucco surfaces including columns. All brick facade as needed. Exterior windows and doors. All sidewalks. All curb and gutter systems. All CMU screen walls. Loading dock at kitchen and concrete drive. All CMU walls. All steel gates. VENDOR TO TAKE PRECAUTION TO PREVENT BLOW THROUGH AT DOORS AND WINDOWS. Timeline: The project must be completed NLT January 3rd, 2023. Access will be granted on weekends only from award of contract until December 21. Vendor will not permit any of its employees with a criminal record to enter LCS premises.
