Site work for a water / sewer project in Sidney, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes three (3) public water supply wells that are to be drilled and constructed to replace three (3) existing wells (PW-9, PW-10, & PW-7) that have experienced irreversible capacity loss. Any and all questions regarding the referenced project must be submitted through the website no later than Wednesday, November 3D, 2022 at 1 :00 p.m. (EST). Questions submitted outside of Bid Express will not be answered. The Contractor shall be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Industrial Relations of the State of Ohio. No bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) days afte!) . ctual date of the opening thereof. The City of Sidney reserves the right to waive any irregularities, to reject any or all bids, and to award the contract to the bidder deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Sidney.
