The City of Hesperia is seeking sealed bids from qualified vendors to perform roof replacements on two (2) Hesperia Water District facilities, which include Plant 5 and Plant 18. This project consists of performing roof replacements on two (2) Hesperia Water District (District) facilities, which include Plant 5 and Plant 18. The work includes all required material, prevailing wage labor, and equipment associated with the project. All work required to perform the roof replacements, as generally described in the scope of work, to be complete, in place, and fully functional and operational, shall be included. The estimate of probable cost for the project is $60,000 to $70,000. The contractor shall have a Class B: General Building Contractor or Class C-39: Roofing Contractor license. Inquiries are due no later November 30, 2022 at 1:00 PM. The City shall respond to inquiries no later than December 1, 2022. Inquiries submitted after this deadline will not receive a response.
