As of Dec 29 the project is anticipated to be awarded by first week of February 2023 Tuba City Unified School District, #15 is in Coconino County serving our K-12 Community. This project is to be completed at Dzil Libei Elementary School which is located in Cameron, AZ on the Navajo Nation. This project will require a properly licensed General Contractor supported by multiple skilled trades as detailed in the Project Manual and solicitation. This includes HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, earthwork, exterior improvements, relining of steel storage tank, and other work. This Project will be funded by the Division of School Facilities. Mechanical equipment required for this project may have six month or so lead time. Ordering of this long lead equipment will need to occur shortly after project award. Project work would then be started and completed during summer months. School may be in session during phases of the work, and special conditions must be met to perform work during those times.
