Renovation of a mixed-use development in Marion, Montana. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The owner has selected a Design Builder. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. Marion School District is soliciting for Qualifications submittals from interested parties for a Design/Build Energy performance contract involving pre-construction and construction services with a guaranteed maximum price for: Marion School District bond project 2023. Performance an Payment bonds, minimum 50% Montana resident workforce, and compliance with Montana State Prevailing Wage Rates (Building) will be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and to waive any and all irregularities or informalities and the right to determine what constitutes any and all irregularities or informalities.
