Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mooringsport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Furnish and install LED lighting in and around the villageÕs administration building and other village facilities as provided more fully in the RFP specifications. Unless it is waived (due to hardship) an electronic administrative fee of $500 will be paid by the winning contractor regardless of whether a bid is submitted electronically or physically. An acceptable Bid Bond, CashierÕs Check, or Certified Check payable to the Village of Mooringsport, in an amount of (5%) percent of the bid amount bid amount, including additive alternatives, must accompany the bid. Negotiable Bid Bonds will be returned to the unsuccessful bidder as soon as possible, or not more than 45 days after the opening of bids. All bonds applicable to this transaction must be accompanied by an original Power of Attorney. The bidderÕs attention is called to the ÒEqual Opportunity ClauseÓ set forth in the bid documents. The Village of Mooringsport reserves the right to reject any and/all proposals for just cause and to waive insignificant requirements.
