Project #CP23-2250.7300 The City of Rancho Cordova seeks Bids from qualified general contractors for a tenant improvement project located on the second floor at City Hall, 2729 Prospect Park Drive, Rancho Cordova California. Bidders will provide their bids to the City of Rancho Cordova pursuant to Design Documents prepared by the architectural and design firm, NORR, Associates, Inc. The proposed work shall be performed in accordance with the plans, specifications and other contract documents and shall consist for the following scope: Tenant improvement in an existing empty shell 2-story building. Tenant improvements will occur at the south wing of the second floor, suite 220, approximately, 16,392 SF. New work includes but is not limited to: mechanical, electrical, communication, plumbing, hardware, flooring, paint, and cabinets in the tenant improvement areas and site. No modifications to the existing building shell. Accessible modification to the second floor restroom stalls.
